Terms of sale of the ESI of La Clusaz
Preambles:
All entries to the benefits provided by the instructors of the ESI La Clusaz
require prior consultation with these conditions. Registration for the benefits of ESI Clusaz implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Section 1: Benefits
All prices include only the classes provided by the instructors of the ESI of La Clusaz to the exclusion of all other benefits (insurance, ski ...). Therefore the student must bring a package to advance access to the lifts. Insurance-type "snow card" taking into account the skiing accidents is strongly recommended and the helmets for children.
Learning to ski is set in a specific environment at random. His practice therefore requires the student to personally ensure his own safety and that of others. The monitor's responsibility is limited to an obligation of means. It is for students to observe the monitor.
Section 2: Reservations and payment
To make your reservation to take effect 15 days before the start of the course a deposit of 30% of the total course will be required balance of payment must be made upon arrival at La Clusaz, after which time the entire amount will be requested.
Article 3: Cancellations
If cancellation occurs 15 days before classes begin, your entire payment will be refunded after this period and up to 5 days before the start of classes an amount equal to 30% of the total course will be held Reserved . Beyond 5 days the full course fees will be deducted reserved.
Weather conditions (bad weather), failure of lifts, lack of customer from the course will not be reimbursed.
If the number of participants in group lessons is less than 4 persons, ESI reserves the right to arrange delivery or by canceling the reservation with the full repayment of amounts already paid which is transforming the group class lesson in particularwithout applying tariffs that they can not claim any additional compensation.
Article 3: Conflicts
Any dispute under these terms and conditions is subject to the French courts and French law. The French version of this document is the sole authentic.
