Group Ski Lesson | Cristal

Learn to ski or improve your skills in a fun atmosphere! From complete beginners to experts on black runs, ESi lessons help your child progress with teaching methods tailored to every level.

Enjoy the holidays while having fun! Each child is placed in a group with others of a similar ability, allowing them to learn more effectively. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 children, creating a relaxed atmosphere where skiing remains fun.

Continuous assessment, with no final test: our instructors recognise and celebrate each child’s progress throughout the course, without putting them under pressure — helping them move up to the next level with confidence. At the end of the course, each child receives a medal to reward their progress.

Standard group lessons are mainly available during French school holidays.

Children’s and teenagers’ group lessons are open to all levels, from age 6.

Remember to check the times for your child’s level and the dates of your stay when booking. Please also arrive a few minutes early so your child can get equipped at their own pace and join their group in front of the appropriate sign.

Beginner
Who is it for? I’ve never skied before.
What’s on the programme? The basics of skiing — gliding, snowplough and first turns — on suitable terrain.
Cristal International
I have my Souris Bleue badge (or equivalent level).
Snowplough turns, finishing with the skis parallel across the slope.

Bronze Crystal 
Basic turns with an unintentional skid.
Class: Intermediate · Terrain: Green and blue runs

Silver Crystal
Basic turns.
Class: Intermediate · Terrain: Green and blue runs

Vermilion Crystal
Controlled basic turns on red runs. Basic short turns. Braking skid.
Class: Intermediate · Terrain: Green, blue and red runs

Gold Crystal
Improved turns. Introduction to skiing on all types of snow and terrain.
Class: Intermediate · Terrain: All snow conditions and terrain

Diamond Crystal
Improved turns with a carving effect. Advanced short turns.
Class: Intermediate · Terrain: All snow conditions and terrain
